Agave Nectar Recipes

Ingredients

1/2 cup raw coconut butter
1/4 cup agave nectar (not considered raw but loved by everybody)
2 tsp vanilla extract (non alcohol)
3/4-1 cup* raw cacao powder
optional: chopped nuts, raw cacao nibs,peeled whole cacao beans, hempseeds

Preparation

1. Warm coconut butter so it mixes easily with the rest of the ingredients.

2. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well-incorporated.

3. Add chopped nuts, cocao nibs, etc. (optional).

4. Place into pan or dish that gives you the desired thickness of your fudge.

5. Place into refrigerator to set up, 30-45 minutes.

6. Cut into desired size and shape, (like hearts for Valentines Day)

7. Garnish with peeled cacao bean or nut.

*depends on how dark you like your chocolate
