Agave Nectar Recipes

Hot Chocolate

Hot Chocolate
4 servings 

¼ cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup Madhava’s Light Agave
½ cup water
3 tablespoons malted milk powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
4 cups milk or unsweetened soy milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

 Directions: 

1.        In a medium saucepan, combine cocoa, agave, water, malted milk powder, and salt.

2.       Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.

3.       Add milk.  Stir.

4.       Heat to desired temperature.

5.       Remove from heat.  Stir in vanilla.
