Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad

Step 1: Cherry Gelatine Base
1 envelope cherry-flavored unsweetened drink mix
3 packets unflavored gelatin
2 cups water
1 ¾ cups Madhava’s Light Agave
Directions:
1. Combine above ingredients in a medium saucepan.
2. Warm over medium heat stirring until gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat.
3. Cool in refrigerator while processing fruit.
Step 2:
1-12 ounce package fresh cranberries
1 lemon (quartered with seeds removed)
2 oranges (quartered with seeds removed)
3 apples (quartered with seeds removed)
4 bananas (diced)
1 cup crushed pineapple (packed in fruit juice)
Directions:
1. Using a food processor, grind cranberries, lemon, oranges, and apple.
2. Place ground fruit into large mixing bowl.
3. Stir in bananas, pineapple, and cooled gelatin mixture.
4. Cover bowl and place in refrigerator until mixture is firm enough to scoop with a spoon (at least 3 hours).
