Agave Nectar Recipes
Agave Pecan Pie (Recipe courtesy of Lori, Diabetic Diva)
1½ Cup pecan pieces (whole if you prefer) Toasted 10 min. in a 350 degree oven.
1½ Cup Madhava Amber Agave3 eggs1 tsp Vanilla (maple or rum extract may also be used)Use 1 premade pie crust or any crust recipe.
Preheat oven to 350. Beat eggs, add agave and extract mix until well combined. Prepare crust and fill. Bake 40 minutes. Cool completely and refrigerate at least two hours. This recipe is delicious and simple. It has only 5 ingredients.
