Agave Nectar Recipes

Chocolate Syrup

Yields 1 1/2 cups

Ingredients:

1 cup Madhva's Light Agave
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. Combine agave and cocoa butter in small saucepan.

2. Stire over medium heat until powder is completely mixed with agave and remove from heat.

3. Stire in water and vanilla until thoroughly combined.

4. Transfer to container and refrigerate.
